State Attorney John McCarthy

McCarthy's topic is, "Criminal Justice Reform and Gun Control." His office also established elder abuse victim prosecution teams, has diverted non-violent criminal offenders to treatment rather than jail through establishment of the Drug Court and other diversionary programs, exposed various health care and money scams, and other activities. He also prosecutes scams of elderly resident.
